Accepting Who You Are and Live to Your Fullest with Lace Wigs

I never thought the radiant Amelia Sharp, my high school BFF, could ever own and wear wigs. Her extravagant hair added so much to impeccable style. Guess what? The woman remains known because of her trademark toss ‘n turn. Only a handful of souls realize she confidently masks her medical hair loss under lace front wigs. It’s not so unusual.

When we were young girls in high school, we always swept all the beauty pageants. Five years later, her medical hair loss kicked in and her hair wouldn’t be the same. I recommended some human hair wigs. Oh well, it didn’t matter much. Unfazed by medical hair loss, she took the time and unveiled her threadbare confidence.

Appearing at the school’s homecoming, we heckled until her loverboy retardedly hit the ball (or whatever they play with) into the bleachers. My bff tried to get it when her hand-knitted “head sweater” (her idea) jumped from her head, revealing her bald head. No big deal, she walked over and delivered it back to the field. That’s so her!

However, there’s two sides to every coin. Not too long after we got together for a cookie baking marathon, when she looked me in the eye and informed me that she opts to make do with a shorn head as a statement. She loved her old hair so much she can’t even consider lace wigs, even if she wanted her hair back. At that disclosure, the punk became beet pink in the face and asked that I drop it. I thought “oh, well.”

I couldn’t drop it. Later on, I talked about getting her a new wig. After a long deliberation the two of us ended up with the perfect solution: we were going wig shopping! Wigs for the both of us, on me!

Not sure who was more flabbergasted by the options. She never knew that synthetic wigs are very appealing for a lot of people. These wigs complimented her natural beauty. As for me, put together a delightfully contemporary set of outfits to match my synthetic wig. We stand together, forever and always. Not long ago she thanked me for the wig, and confessed it fosters a real positive image for many occasions. It’s touching to realize little miss attitude float about as light as a feather. I love her so much!
