Smart, Yet Sophisticated in Queensland’s Broadbeach

Wednesday, December 2nd, 2009

Broadbeach, one of the worlds’ most impressive and unsoiled beaches and the Gold Coast’s most vibrant region. Broadbeach is a hub of activity, a favourite holiday and business destination for both domestic and international visitors and the type of place you never want to leave. Broadbeach offers a unique village-like atmosphere, vibrantly sophisticated lifestyle and a relaxed ambience. No convenience is missed, sporting and entertainment venues, first-rate shopping and dining all linked by good roads and public transport. The precinct is not far from both the Brisbane and Gold Coast Airports and the Gold Coast’s many theme parks, golf courses and other attractions.A protracted population boom has driven the Gold Coast to become Australia’s sixth largest and most rapidly growing city and during 2008 the Gold Coast had the largest domestic and international expenditure figures in Queensland. Growth in this popular holiday destination on Queensland’s coastline is set to continue and there are quickly running out opportunities to buy a brand new apartment in Broadbeach with off-the-plan sales well above the expectations of even the most optimistic outlooks on these sales given the recent financial climate. One example of this is The Oracle, a $750 million twin-tower luxury apartment development at Broadbeach. The Oracle sold the majority of its apartments long before completion. “The Oracle will deliver city sophistication”, said Bernard Salt, Social Demographer, he continued to say, “What had been lacking [from the Gold Coast] was a measure of city sophistication… But with the development of The Oracle, the future role of Broadbeach as the pulsing heart of the Gold Coast seems assured”. The Oracle has been described as the ultimate address with features such day spas, fitness, relaxation, entertainment areas, and social lounges throughout the development not to mention the most fabulously luxurious and sophisticated apartments.

For example: “check yahoo mail” recorded 6843 demand(surfers) and 3917 supply(webmasters) last month. I will call check yahoo mail a profitable keyword because it will draw a lot of visitors to your site, and their is few competition for it.

Check yahoo mail site to see how yahoo partner with other websites to make multiple income. You too can do the same.

Why Resources Added to a Web site Increase Revenue!

Tuesday, September 8th, 2009

There are literally billions of Web sites online now offering all types of products and services. Some succeed brilliantly, while others fail miserably.

There can be many reasons for the failure of some Web sites: poor marketing, poor planning, a weak knowledge of the target market, or just an overall lack of knowledge of business principles by the Web site owner.

One shared trait of successful Web sites, however, is the ability and drive to provide good resources to its visitors. This is a tactic that increases traffic, keeps visitors engaged and coming back, and lends authenticity and reliability to a site. Yet many new (and sometimes “not so new”) Web masters neglect this very important facet of Web site development and Internet marketing.

Why? There are many reasons, however, here are the “most” common:

1. A Web master may be unaware that resources when added to a Web site can add value and increase sales. Adding resources, especially those that are Affiliate links to other products or services, is a great way to “backend” sales, by offering visitors more than the main product or service to buy.

2. A Web master may feel (wrongly) that offering other products or services, or including great informational resources may “compete” with their own product or service. They may be reluctant to expose others to resources or products and services that are the “same” as theirs, feeling that the competitor will end up with the sale. This may be true to some extent.

However, the benefits of providing other resources and products or services besides the main product or service greatly outweigh the negatives. Studies have shown that Web sites containing great resources have more return visitors, and greater sales numbers overall.

3. A Web master may not feel comfortable assuming the liability for other products and services, or other resources that are added to a site. Of course, the more that a site contains, the greater the maintenance and cost associated with a site. However, again, the benefits of a resource-laden site far outweigh the liabilities.

4. A Web master may have no idea how to find good resources or make a judgment about what to add and what to omit.

All of the above seems to account for the reluctance of some to add additional products and services or resources to their sites. Since adding additional products and services are beneficial to almost all Web sites, here are a few guidelines when choosing which resources to add, which to omit, and the approximate amount of resources to add.

1. Resources should always reflect the main theme of a Web site and be complimentary to the main Web site, as well as the other products, services, and resources that already exist. E. G. An Internet Marketing site should, in all probability, only contain links to products, services, and resources that reflect Internet Marketing.

2. Resources should always be “content rich” and interesting to the visitor. A smattering of lackluster, “same old, same old” type resources does the Web master little good, and may even hurt the Web site, by reducing its sales effectiveness.

3. Resources should be updated at least monthly, to keep the site “fresh and lively” for return visitors. Visitors quickly lose interest if a site seems stagnant.

4. Resources should be plentiful enough to fill out a site, however, they should never overshadow the main theme of a site nor should they take away from the main purpose. They should be placed in an orderly fashion, and laid out for easy accessibility and readability. Clutter should be avoided at all costs, and a clean look maintained. There is a fine line here between “just enough” and “way too much”.

5. Avoid gimmicky, poorly written, ethically substandard resources. A Web master must use judgment when choosing resources that are truly an asset to the site. “If in doubt, don’t” is a good rule of thumb here.

Resources not only add quality and backend sales on a Web site, they enhance Search Engine placement by providing content and incoming links. They give visitors a good feeling about the site, and they set the Web master up as an “expert” in any given field.

However, quality must always rule over quantity, when placing resources and additional products and services on a site. If prudence is used, resources will enhance sales and traffic, and keep the site “alive and well” long after other competitive sites have disappeared!

The Top Ways to Increase Your Traffic

Monday, June 8th, 2009

1. Search Engines

Optimize your website to be search-engine friendly. Submit it to various search engines and directories.
In addition to major search engines such as Google, Yahoo, and MSN, it’s worth submitting to lesser known web directories. If your website is listed in as many places as possible, it can boost your rankings in major search engines as well.

2. Affiliate Program

Set up an affiliate program where you pay people a percentage of each sale for referring customers to you.
Spread the word about your affiliate program by submitting it to affiliate program directories and contacting the owners of related websites.

3. Link Exchanges

Create a links page that will contain the links to other non-competing websites in the same industry.
Contact the owners of other websites with your proposal to exchange links. You will add their link to your links page, and they will link to your website in return.

4. Post In Forums

Visit the online discussion forums where people in your target market like to gather. Post useful responses to people’s questions, and include a link to your website at the end of your post next to your name.

5. Comment On Blogs

Visit other people’s blogs on the topic related to your website. Most blogs allow you to add comments about the issues being discussed.
Add insightful comments about the blog topics, and leave your website link. Your comment and your link will permanently remain on the blog website.

6. E-Mail Signatures

Create an e-mail “signature” – your name, your website address and a short tagline describing the main benefit of your site. Set your e-mail program to automatically add your signature to every e-mail that you send.

7. Traffic Exchanges

There are many times of traffic exchanges but the idea is the same – you team up with other webmasters, and they send you traffic in exchange for you sending them traffic. Search the web for “traffic exchange” to find those services.

8. “Pass-Around” Strategy

Create something of value that people will pass around. It can be a report with useful information that you allow people to give away. It can also be some kind of cool and unusual webpage that people will want to e-mail to all their friends.
Of course, the pass-around item will include your advertisement and your link, spreading the word about your website.

9. Writing Articles

Write articles on the topic related to your website, and include a link to your site in your author bio. Submit your articles to article directories, and allow people to publish your article in their newsletters and websites.
Your articles will spread around the web like wildfire. People will read them and visit your website.
The best part is that people who read your articles will regard you as an expert, and they will be much more likely to buy from you when they go to your website. How’s that for a free publicity?

5 Ways to Boost Your Traffic and Profits with Content!

Monday, June 8th, 2009

Having valuable CONTENT is vitally important to your online business? In fact, content can do more to build your business and profits than just about any other resource or service available.

Here’s is a list of 5 ways that content can help build your traffic, subscribers, and customers starting right now:

1. Boost your search engine ranking and daily visitor count by posting keyword rich articles and content on your web-site. For example, if your business involves offering products and services related to dating, posting dating related articles and content will attract prospective customers on a regular basis!

2. Generate a much higher rate of newsletter subscribers than you currently have, simply by offering content in the form of “special reports” or ebooks as bonuses for subscribing to your newsletter. People love free information, so give them what they want and watch your subscriptions increase!

3. Create automated cashflow by using content to formulate multi-part email training courses with related web-site or affiliate links “sprinkled” throughout. Use an autoresponder service to automate the delivery of your training course.

Training courses will also serve as excellent bonus offers for your prospective newsletter subscribers.

4. One of the most important keys to a successful online business is not just having a mailing list or newsletter. It’s about building a trusting relationship with your subscribers. This is called “cultivating” your list.

By sending informative articles and other valuable information(content) to your list on a regular basis you will establish yourself as an expert in your niche, as well as gain the trust of your subscribers. As a result, your subscribers will be more apt to take advantage of your paid product and service offers. Make sure that you NEVER take advantage of the relationship you develop with your list by offering products or services of poor quality just to make a quick buck, you will regret it.

If there is one constant in Internet marketing, it’s that a cultivated mailing list of subscribers is as good as money in the bank. Don’t ever forget that.

5. Another excellent way to generate no cost traffic is by submitting articles to article directories and newsletter publishers with your “resource box” attached. A resource box is nothing more than a short 3-6 line “bio” about you and your web site including a link to your site or instructions on how to subscribe to your newsletter. The important thing to remember here is that you want the link in your resource box to contain your most important keyword or words.

When submitting your article for reprint purposes, make sure to specify that each article is to be reprinted with your resource box attached.

Even one article can go a long way towards generating no cost traffic and visitors. Just imagine your article being sent out to a newsletter subscriber base of 100,000 individuals – many of whom will be reading the included resource box and clicking on your link to learn more about what you have to offer.

Well there you have 5 sure ways to build your online business with the help of articles and content.

With the declining effectiveness of many of the online advertising methods that we relied on in the past, good content is becoming the ultimate KEY to generating one way links, traffic, subscribers, and customers!

Wheelspin and Traction

Monday, June 8th, 2009

To explain how fluctuations in your web-site visitors are occurring, I thought of an analogy called Wheelspin and Traction.

First, imagine that you are really keen and excited about learning to drive a car. You read all sorts of books, web sites, blogs and then spend copious amounts of time lurking around forums – learning about the mechanics – and aesthetics of cars and suitable driving methods to get you from a Know-Nothing-Novice to Indy-500-Superstar.

So now you feel like you have acquired the necessary knowledge to be a successful driver. Next you go to a local car dealership – the sort that sells the type of car you believe is suitable for applying your knowledge of driving. Since you are such an expert, you decide to purchase a big grunty V8 – with Slick Tyres, a Stylee Spoiler and Fluffy Dice hanging from the rear view mirror.

You drive the car off the forecourt and, at first, navigate cautiously down the road. You feel great that you have finally started to drive. You stop at the first set of lights and rev the engine a bit. The lights turn green – You floor the accelerator – The wheels spin – The cars slides sideways – There’s noise, smoke and a feeling of great excitement.

Then you ease off the accelerator – The car slows – You can’t wait for the next opportunity to Wheelspin.

After a while, Wheelspins are not so much fun anymore. Your original perspective of good driving skills changes. You modify your car – removing the Fluffy Dice (oh yes – that’s much better) and changing the brand of tyres. Maybe you change the car all together for something like a 4 Wheel Drive vehicle because you would like to have better Traction.

This is a bit like how my experience of Blogging went during the my first few weeks. I’ve been Wheelspinning when I posted a comment on a popular Blog – and again when writing about a current hot topic.

Ooh those heady jumps in my Web Stats were certainly exciting. But I long for the Traction of regular visitors.

I believe you can take a positive from quantifying this experience. You must not kid myself that you will have 500 regular readers by the end of Week 1. Better Blogging is a constant tweaking of many parameters such as Page Design, Blog Content, Search Engine Optimization, Link Building and many other facets of this fascinating past-time.

All the best with gaining and maintaining Traction!

One Way Links: The New Generation of Links

Sunday, March 15th, 2009

For the past few years search engine traffic has become the most targeted. Just think about this: a site without traffic it’s dead site. And the best way to get good targeted visitors are search engines. So if a site ranks well in search engines then i can ensure you that it’s not dead.

The most important and popular search engines are Google, Yahoo and MSN. This search engines include in their search algorithms link popularity. So you can consider inbound links as some kind of votes in the favor of your site. So the main idea is that if you have many links that point to your site from pages with related topics you will rank well in search engines.

But, in time search engines updated their algos and now they evaluate all the links. For a very long period of time all the webmasters did al they could to trade links. But now, because of the new search engine algorithms, reciprocal links are not powerful. This is the point where one way links appear. This are the new powerful and useful links.

One way links have many advantages over reciprocal links. The first and most important plus for this kind of links is that you won’t have to worry anymore about linking back to a “bad neighborhood”. So buying one way links will really help your site to rank well and you won’t have any problems with bad seo.

Also one way links usually stay in place for a very long period of time. If a webmaster puts a links that points to your site on his website, this means that he likes your site’s content and he wants to offer it to his visitors too.So, because the links will be on related pages each one way inbound link will tell the search engines that your site is valuable and deserves the link.

In conclusion you can think that one way links are the new generation of links. Don’t hesitate to get as many one way links as you can to point to your site and you will have the targeted traffic that you’ve always desired.

Visit us to buy permanent one way links. You now have the chance to buy permanent one way buy one way links to increase page rank.

How Do I Get Traffic To My Website?

Sunday, January 18th, 2009

Internet Marketing requires you to sale other people’s products or services, or if you have decided to create your own product, sale your own. But whether you are selling your own or others, we all have one thing in common – getting traffic to our websites. But what is most important is not just getting traffic, but targeted traffic. Thus, How Do you or I get traffic to our sites?

In my early beginnings on the Internet, I tried many methods of getting traffic to my website. I was definitely a newbie in training – some of the software or services that I bought did me no good. I found, at times, that it was truly difficult to decipher which was a good deal and which was not – who was honest, and who was not – but I guess it goes with the Internet territory – and you must always do your due diligence.

However, I have found three methods of getting traffic to my site or affiliate product or service – Buying it – PPC, such as Google, Mamma, Overture, linking or the hard one Search Engine Optimization.

Pay-Per-Click

If you have the money to invest in Google or some of the other search engines pay-per-click programs you can make some money. Here you create an ad or ads relevant to your affiliate program, and place a bid on the keywords you select. This takes time, energy, persistence and money – and research. Also, I would advise that you read your affiliate programs rules, as well as, the rules of Google Adwords before jumping into the pay-per-click arena. You usually have to put “aff” after your ad or something similar to that – it’s dependent upon the affiliate program you are in. The idea with pay-per-click is that you pay only when the individual clicks on your ad.

Linking

Linking can be by either paid or unpaid methods. The paid methods are paying for your link to be shown in Ezines, newsletters or on other peoples’ sites. It can be costly, so the best suggestion that I can give you is to research the Ezines, newsletters and or other people sites that you want to link with before buying. In most cases, if ezines are accepting advertising, you know they must have at least 500+ subscribers, or I should say, be sure that they have at least 500+ subscribers before advertising in their ezine. Know what you are getting before you put your money down – and as they always say, be sure to read the fine print.

The unpaid method is through article creation. This requires hard work on your part, but the return will be seen in the long term. Keep in mind, your articles should be relevant and address the subject matter of your site and products. Content reigns king on the Internet – and if it is relevant to their needs – they will eventually come to read.

Search Engine Optimization

Search Engine Optimization is basically the optimization of your web pages so that you can get a decent ranking by the search engines, and thus, to pull people to your website by it relevance. This is a difficult chore and needs to continually be worked at – and within the ethics of the Search Engines.

To conclude, getting targeted people to your site is really part of growing your business. And Internet marketing – well, it’s not for the faint-hearted, but for the determined, persistent individual who wants to really make a living on-line. Thus, if you really want to make a living on-line – don’t give up and promote.

Ultimately Increase Your Traffic & Profits

Saturday, December 20th, 2008

By doing one thing solve other people’s problems.

That’s it this article is done, no I’m kidding seriously if you can find ways to solve immediate problems people have everyday you can make money online. Plus you will generate more traffic to your site in the process.

Now if you are thinking how you can find this information out, that easy you can start here with the Overture Suggestion Tool.

All you need are the right keywords, see a few example’s below.

*how to

*learn how

*training

*tip

*buy

*etc.you get the point.

Provide them with a solution to the problems they are trying to solve, this will create a be line directly to your website. Stay away from what everyone else is doing. Find your own niche product or service that will fit the criteria of solving other people’s problems and run with it.

If you do decide to market the same products as everyone else, find unique ways of doing it. Don’t do what the population is doing; find new reports to give away as bonuses. In fact create your own reports, don’t go with what’s already all over the internet. Offer a solo ad in your ezine, or start a refer-a-friend program where you get one solo ad for each referral. You have to be very creative. The key is to be different find ways to market yourself that other’s are not doing.

Let me be very clear here this may not be easy to do, it may be for some especially if you are already working from the angle of trying to find out what people; but it can be done and is being done everyday.

This will take a great deal of work, not only do you have to find out what the problem is you have to find a way to solve it effective, at a reasonable price so you are able to make a profit. Plus you have to get the information out to your target market so they are aware that you have solutions to what they want and need to solve their problems.

In conclusion, as stated above if you can solve immediate problems people have you can 1) increase your traffic, 2) your profits goes up as well; this goes hand in hand, to say the least all it takes is a little research, effort and determination.

Secret to Increase Traffic from Banner Exchanges

Friday, September 26th, 2008

Introduction

Banner exchanges allow you – as a website owner – to exchange traffic with other website owners. There are many banner exchange networks that provide a free banner exchange program. The process to participate in one of this programs is like this: sign up, upload your banner, add the HTML code on your website (on as many pages as you want), start receiving free traffic. So prerequisites are: your own website (because you need to be able to edit your pages), and a banner (.gif or .jpg file). There is plenty of help online for creating an attractive banner, try using a free web-based banner creation tool.

Most banner exchanges offer a 2:1 ratio, which means that for each two banners you show on your website (two impressions) your banner is displayed once on another website.

Usually banner exchanges don’t provide a great click-thru rate. Even if you produce an awesome banner for every 1000 banner impressions only one to ten will generate a click. So traditional use of banner exchanges is not a great deal.

Strategy

Here is the secret you should know: Join banner exchanges which give you credit for other people who sign up in that exchange through your site. I personally am a member of 2 banner exchanges. They give me credit when someone signs up for their free service through my site. They are giving me credit for hits equal to 10% or even 20% of whoever’s site I referred to them. In other words, when someone who gets 1,000 hits a day on their website joins through my banner on my webpage I will receive up to 100 impressions a day (considering 20% from referrals and 2:1 ratio)… That is extra banners that will shown for me automatically every day from now!

When I have 20 people joining a banner exchange through my site and each one of them averages 100 hits a day – This is 2000 total hits or 200 banner impressions for me. That is extra hits I will get every day automatically. These referrals can begin to build over time until you are getting a whole lot more credits from your referrals than you are getting from your own website.

Now, multiply those banner viewings by joining 2, 3, or 4 banner exchanges and you can start getting the picture. A year from now (I wouldn’t say this is a get rich quick scheme) you can be getting thousands of hits daily from your own credits and the credits of those you have referred to the banner exchanges.

Now let’s get down to the basics of which banner exchanges I recommend you join to start putting this plan into action on your website. As I said above, I am personally a member of 2 banner exchanges. I have joined and reviewed more of them, but I am most satisfied with these two exchanges: LinkBuddies and Relmax.

LinkBuddies

The first site I recommend you to join is LinkBuddies. For every member you refer to LinkBuddies, you will receive 20% of that member’s credits for life! LinkBuddies also gives you 500 FREE impressions just for joining. Other features include a wizard-based banner creator and banner targeting.
To see an example visit http://www.tenbytes.com/directory.html

Relmax Flash Banner Exchange

As the name states this is an exchange for flash banners, but they accept non-flash banners too. Relmax has a two-level referral program. You will receive 10% of your direct referral impressions earnings and also 5% of your indirect referral earnings. Relmax keep only 30% of the banner impressions you generate, that is a good 10:7 ratio. Also you receive 1000 credits when you sign up.
To see an example visit http://www.tenbytes.com/work_at_home.html

Conclusion

Traditional use of banner exchanges is not a great advertising tool, even when they are free to use. But using the right banner exchanges with the right strategy they can generate a lot of traffic to your website in the long run.
